The classic Garda chiaretto is the typical wine of the western shore of Lake Garda. Born from the vinification of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes. The grapes are vinified according to a procedure that involves a brief contact of the must with the skins, and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Its color is petal pink with violet reflections. The delicate, floral and fruity scent gives an intriguing fresh, fine, savory, intoxicating taste. It is suitable as an aperitif or throughout a meal with preparations based on vegetables, lake and sea fish, cold cuts, not overly structured meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8-10 '.
