Garda classico chiaretto is a typical wine from the western shore of Lake Garda. It comes from the vinification of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes.

The grapes are vinified according to a process that involves brief contact of the must with the skins, and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Its color is petal pink with violet highlights. The delicate, floral and fruity fragrance gives an intriguing fresh, fine, savory, heady taste.

It is Suitable as an aperitif or throughout a meal with vegetable preparations, lake and sea fish, cured meats, not overly flavored meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8'-10'.
