This wine produced with "Groppello" grapes, a native vine of the "Valtenesi", can be considered the son of the most ancient winemaking tradition of this area. The grapes (85% Groppello and 15% Marzemino) are vinified with the traditional red technique, with a maceration of six days, fermentation with selected yeasts and maturation and aging in steel barrels. The wine has a bright ruby red color, a delicately fruity scent of small berries, fresh and slightly spicy with a dry, gentle, savory and enveloping taste. It goes well with red meats, cold cuts, roasts, grills, semi-aged cheeses, salami, typical Brescia-style spit and some fish-based preparations. Serve at 16-18 ', decant and oxygenate 15 minutes before.
