Riviera del Garda Classico Groppello DOP
This wine produced with “Groppello” grapes, the autochthonous grape of the “Valtenesi”, can be considered the son of the oldest wine-growing tradition in this area. The grapes (85% Groppello and 15% Marzemino) are vinified with traditional red technique, with a six-day maceration, fermentation with selected yeasts and maturation and aging in steel barrels. The wine has a bright ruby red color, a delicately fruity aroma of small berries, fresh and slightly spicy with a dry, gentle, sapid and enveloping taste. It goes well with red meats, cured meats, roasts, grilled meats, semi-aged cheeses, cured meats, a typical Brescia-style spit and some fish-based preparations. Serve at 16 ° – 18 ° decant and oxygenate 15 minutes before.

The classic Garda chiaretto is the typical wine of the western shore of Lake Garda. It comes from the vinification of Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese and Barbera grapes. Benaco Bresciano Marzemino IGT "El Dos"
This grape variety has remote origins on the Brescia side of Lake Garda. The Marzemino grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with traditional red technique, with a maceration period of seven days followed by fermentation with selected yeasts and maturation and aging in steel barrels. The velvety and intense red color is accompanied by a harmonious scent of wild berries “in alcohol” and by a spicy and slightly herbaceous note. It goes well with red meats, structured dishes also based on game or game, with the typical Brescia-style spit and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °, decant and oxygenate 20 minutes before.
"Indomito" Red Wine
This wine is produced with hand-picked Marzemino and Rebo grapes, placed in boxes and left to dry for about a month. The grapes are vinified with traditional tecnic in red, fermentation in steel barrels, followed by aging in small oak barrels for one year. The wine is then bottled and left to mature for another 12 months. The name “Indomito” is reminiscent of a strong and generous stallion who in the early 1950s was used for work in our lands. Color: velvety red. Bouquet: intense with sweet notes of wild fruit jam, slightly spicy and vanilla.
