Il Garda classico chiaretto dop è il tipico vino della sponda occidentale del lago di Garda. Nasce dalla vinificazione di uve Groppello, Marzemino, Sangiovese e Barbera.
The grapes are vinified according to a process that involves brief contact of the must with the skins, and fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
Its color is petal pink with violet highlights. The delicate, floral and fruity fragrance gives an intriguing fresh, fine, savory, heady taste.
It is Suitable as an aperitif or throughout a meal with vegetable preparations, lake and sea fish, cured meats, not overly flavored meats and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8'-10'.
