This vine has remote origins on the Brescia side of Lake Garda. The Marzemino grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with the traditional red technique, with a maceration period of seven days followed by fermentation with selected yeasts and maturation and aging in steel barrels. The velvety and intense red color is accompanied by a harmonious scent of wild berries "in alcohol" and a spicy and slightly herbaceous note. It goes well with red meats, structured dishes also based on game or game, the typical Brescia-style spit and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 ', decant and oxygenate 20 minutes before.
