This wine is made from Riesling, Chardonnay and Incrocio Manzoni grapes.
The grapes are vinified using the traditional white wine technique with, fermentation of the must with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.
Its color is straw yellow,brilliant; the aroma intense, elegant, delicate, with fruity and floral notes with a fresh, savory and persistent taste.
Excellent as an aperitif, throughout a meal, paired with light meat or vegetable dishes, lake and sea fish, and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8'- 10'.
