Indomitable Barricaded Red Wine
18,50 €
75 cl Bottle
The barrique-aged Indomito red wine is produced with hand-picked Marzemino and Rebo grapes, placed in crates and left to dry for about a month.
Grapes are vinified using traditional red wine technique, fermentation in steel barrels, followed by aging in small oak barrels for one year.
The wine is then bottled and left to mature for another 12 months.
The name "Indomito" is reminiscent of a strong and generous stallion that was used for work on our lands in the early 1950s.
Color: velvety red. Nose: intense with sweet notes of berry jam, slightly spicy and vanilla.
It goes well with well-structured game dishes, game, red meats, beef in oil, braised beef, Brescian spit and aged cheeses.
Serve at 18'-20' decant and oxygenate 20 minutes beforehand.

Ricthemarchi –
A wine with an incredible character. I adore it not only with savoury dishes, but even with dry cakes like sbrisolona!
