Its delicate aroma is reminiscent of wild field herbs, while the taste reveals vegetal, sweet, and slightly peppery notes. It can be used for cooking, frying, marinating, or dressing raw fish, meat, vegetable dishes, sauces, and cheeses. Available in 75cl bottles.
