Its delicate aroma is reminiscent of wild herbs, while the taste reveals vegetal, sweet, and slightly spicy notes. It can be used for cooking, frying, marinating, or dressing raw fish, meat, vegetable dishes, sauces, and cheeses. Available in 75 cl bottles.
