Returns and refunds

In accordance with current legal provisions, the CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without stating the reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI has decided to extend the aforementioned term from 14 to 30 days. It will therefore be possible for the CUSTOMER to withdraw from the purchase contract up to 30 days after the day of receiving the products purchased online. In the case of multiple purchases made by the CUSTOMER with a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day term starts from the date of receipt of the last product.
The CUSTOMER wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it to AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI through an explicit declaration, which can be sent by registered letter with return receipt or by certified email to the address legal@pec.mrsharris.it.
The CUSTOMER may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER is required to return the goods within 14 days of the day on which they communicated to AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI their intention to withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The goods must be reshipped to AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI, VIA ZANARDELLI 49, POLPENAZZE DEL GARDA – 25080 – (BS)
The direct costs of returning products are borne by the CUSTOMER.
Goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, with intact warranty seals (unopened packaging) and complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, boxes, tags, etc.) and complete with the attached fiscal documentation. Subject to the right to verify compliance with the above, AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum of 14 days, net of any re-shipping costs in case of non-refundable goods (e.g. opened or partially used).
As provided for by Article 56, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the CUSTOMER has provided proof that they have returned the goods to AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI.
AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI will issue the refund using the same payment method chosen by the CUSTOMER at the time of purchase. In the case of payment by bank transfer, and if the CUSTOMER wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI, by accessing the contact us section, with the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC required for the refund to be issued by AZIENDA AGRICOLA IL ROCCOLO DI ANDREA BERTAZZI.
In the event of a cancellation for a purchase made with a gift card and loyalty voucher, the amount will be refunded to the CUSTOMER via a purchase voucher identified by a promotional code that will be sent to the CUSTOMER's email address. Alternatively, if the cancellation is made at a store, the amount will be refunded with a purchase voucher given to the CUSTOMER.
The voucher will be valid for 2 years and may be used by the CUSTOMER for subsequent purchases in a single transaction.
