Produced using the “Charmat method” from the same grapes used to produce the “Camp de la Fontana” White Wine. Fresh, delicate aroma, savoury, slightly fizzy and very pleasant taste. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal throughout the meal with fish dishes, delicate meats, vegetables, and fresh cheeses. We recommend serving the wine well chilled at 8°C.
